Exciting updates to transform your management: customize your documents, send them using your own email, and boost your efficiency!

1. Custom fields

Add custom fields to your quotes, invoices, contacts, and items to perfectly fit your specific needs. Choose from a wide range of field types such as text, number, dropdown, price, email, and more.

Highlights:

  • Display your custom fields directly in your quotes and invoices.
  • Control their visibility (public or internal).
  • Include them in document listing pages for a quick overview.
  • Filter and sort your documents by these fields for simplified management.

Examples of use:

  • A “Customer Number” added to your contacts, ideal for optimized management.
  • A “Work Completion Date” included in your quotes, enabling better project planning.

2. Email sending with your own address

Take your email delivery to the next level by connecting your own email address to the application. Three options are available:

  • Toolcie: The default solution for quick sending.
  • Gmail: Perfect for easily finding your sent emails directly in your Gmail inbox, offering a seamless and professional experience.
  • Advanced Mode (SMTP): For advanced users seeking full control over their email sending.

Why switch to Gmail or SMTP?
Using your own email address enhances your professional image and improves email deliverability to your customers. By choosing Gmail, you benefit from perfect integration and optimal traceability of your communications.

How to configure it?
Go to your personal settings (top right of the application) and select the “Email Sending” tab. Follow the instructions to connect your email provider in just a few clicks.

Opt for personalized email delivery for a better user experience and full control over your communications!

3. Custom file names

Assign clear and consistent names to your quotes, invoices, reminders, and credit notes using dynamic tokens. Combine elements such as the reference number, date, or document title to automatically generate professional and structured file names.

Example: A quote titled “Quote-2024-CustomerX.pdf” is automatically generated, ready to be sent to your customer.

4. Advanced document filtering

Quickly access key information with new filters by author and customer.

  • Display, for example, all quotes created by a specific team member.
  • View all invoices associated with a given customer.

5. Enhanced import and export

Import and export features now support your custom labels and custom fields. For items, you can also bulk import images by simply specifying a URL.

Examples of use:

  • Quickly import your item catalog with descriptions, custom fields, and images.
  • Easily export your contacts enriched with all their key information.
