Option to create bundles of items

Toolcie now allows you to create bundles of items. These bundles or packages allow you to create sets of products and services that you can then insert into your quotes and invoices.

Calculating margins and managing costs

Toolcie now handles your costs, allowing the software to automatically calculate your margin and amount of profit earned on each of your quotes and invoices.

Two new roles for salespeople

We’ve just added two new roles allowing you to assign users as salespeople.

The “Sales” role allows the user to manage their own quotes and the “Advanced Sales” role allows them to manage all quotes and estimates. These two roles do not give the user access to the company’s invoices.

Listing of services

In addition to products, Toolcie can now list your services on quotes and invoices.

Text library

We’ve just added a new feature that allows you to save your segments of text to a library so that they can be reused later.

This library can be accessed from anywhere in the application, for example, when creating a quote or an invoice, or when sending a document to a customer.

Quote and invoice templates

Certainly the most anticipated new feature in the Toolcie application is the ability to create templates for quotes and invoices that are fully customizable. You can try it out now!

Swiss “QR-bills”

Payments in Switzerland are evolving and going digital. Starting June 30, 2020, across Switzerland, the red and orange payment slips will be replaced by “QR-bills.”

Share your invoices and quotes even more easily

It’s never been easier to share your invoices and quotes with Toolcie. We’ve just added a feature that allows you to share your documents via a link. This feature can be used in place of a traditional PDF document.

Improved feature for sending quotes and invoices

We’ve just improved our feature for sending quotes and invoices by email, adding a mail merge function. This allows you to add tokens to your text. The tokens will then be automatically replaced by the corresponding values when the email is sent.

Revenue statistics by customer and number of sales per product

We’ve just introduced new statistics on the dashboard.

You can now view your five best customers and your five best-selling products.

We’ve also added a pie chart that allows you to identify at a glance where your best customers stand as a percentage of your total revenue.
