A story born from a real problem

Back in 2014, there was no software that could create truly complex quotes: several work sections, images placed directly inside the document, advanced layouts with custom backgrounds, optional groups, PDFs attached before and after the main quote. So we built the tool ourselves.

    There was no software that could create complex multi-section quotes with images, optional groups and advanced layouts. The conclusion was clear: we would have to build it ourselves.

    3 years of development

    We refined every feature: optional groups, multiple discounts, multiple fees, multi-dimensional units, real-time preview and advanced layout templates.

  3. 2018

    Toolcie launches

    Toolcie officially launches. Software designed for professionals who need power, yet as easy to pick up as a word processor.

    Over 2,000 professionals

    Toolcie is used by freelancers, small businesses and larger organizations across more than 30 countries. Our international ambition is only getting started.
