Yes. Create a “Day of service” item with your day rate as the unit price. On each quote or invoice, enter the number of days worked and the amount calculates automatically. You can create several items for different levels of work or types of project.

From your accepted project quote in Toolcie, click “Convert to invoice” and choose “Deposit” for the first milestone. Set the amount or percentage you want. For the following milestones, repeat the same step from the same quote. The balance invoice automatically deducts the amounts already billed.

From any invoice in Toolcie, turn on the “Recurring invoice” option. Set the frequency (monthly, quarterly…), the start date, and the stop condition (a fixed date or after N occurrences). At each cycle, Toolcie automatically generates a draft. You review it and send it whenever you’re ready.
