Everything you need to know about team management with Toolcie

Yes. From Settings > Users, click “Add a user,” enter your team member’s email address, and assign them a role. They’ll receive an email invitation and can access the app with the permissions you’ve granted them.

You create custom roles (Sales, Accountant, Employee…) from the “Roles and permissions” tab. For each role, you define the allowed actions by module: view their own documents, view all documents, create, edit, delete. Each invited team member is assigned a role at the time of the invitation.

Yes. From the company selector at the top of the interface, you can switch from one company to another in a single click, without logging out. You can also create a new company directly from that menu.

Yes, data is fully separated. Each company has its own workspace: quotes, invoices, contacts, items, users, and subscription are independent. A team member invited to company A has no access to company B’s data, even if you’re a member of both.

You receive a notification when a quote is accepted or declined by your client, and when an invoice is paid. Other events also trigger notifications (a role change, a subscription renewal…). You can choose to receive these notifications by email from your preferences.

Multi-user management is available from the Basic plan. The Pro plan lets you invite team members with custom roles and permissions. Check our Pricing page for the details of each plan.
