It’s never been easier to share your invoices and quotes with Toolcie. We’ve just added a feature that allows you to share your documents via a link . This feature can be used in place of a traditional PDF document.
Improved feature for sending quotes and invoices
We’ve just improved our feature for sending quotes and invoices by email, adding a mail merge function. This allows you to add tokens to your text. The tokens will then be automatically replaced by the corresponding values when the email is sent.
Revenue statistics by customer and number of sales per product
We’ve just introduced new statistics on the dashboard. You can now view your five best customers and your five best-selling products. We’ve also added a pie chart that allows you to identify at a glance where your best customers stand as a percentage of your total revenue.
