In recent months, we’ve added a variety of exciting features. Here are just some of the new features we think you’ll love. Tags We’ve added a system for adding custom tags to your content (quotes, invoices, items, contacts), so you can find it more easily.

We just launched a new feature that allows you and your customers to accept and sign online your sales documents, including quotes, estimates, and offers. Your customers will no longer need to print, sign, and scan your quotes, then send them back to you.

Calculating margins and managing costs
Toolcie now handles your costs, allowing the software to automatically calculate your margin and amount of profit earned on each of your quotes and invoices. The margin is calculated based on the sale price before tax, minus the cost.
Two new roles for salespeople
We’ve just added two new roles allowing you to assign users as salespeople. The “Sales” role allows the user to manage their own quotes and the “Advanced Sales” role allows them to manage all quotes and estimates.
Listing of services
In addition to products, Toolcie can now list your services on quotes and invoices. A service can be created the same way as a product. Creating services instead of products offers the advantage of finding them more easily in the interface, while also allowing you to…
